The first report submitted to Watchdog was received on June 3, 2025, concerning a Lima, Ohio area facility. The report was submitted by a family member trying to find action for a patient's post-surgical condition. This is one of two (2) reports received in July and August 2025, concerning a Summit County-area facility and the need to call EMS to the orthopedic hospital for a patient emergency.
